We are seeking an expert to join our team as a Financial Integrity Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the integrity of our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The primary duty of the Financial Integrity Specialist is to conduct thorough customer due diligence and transaction monitoring operations to identify potential money laundering risks. This involves scrutinizing customer information, analyzing transactions, and staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements.
  • To mitigate these risks, the Financial Integrity Specialist will develop and implement effective Anti-Money Laundering (AML) strategies. This includes identifying areas of vulnerability, implementing new procedures, and providing training to colleagues.
  • A key aspect of this role is maintaining accurate and detailed records of all investigations and operations. The Financial Integrity Specialist must be highly organized and able to keep track of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance our AML processes and systems. The Financial Integrity Specialist must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues from various departments.
Requirements:
  • Diploma holders or fresh graduates with a strong interest in finance and risk management are encouraged to apply.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of operational AML experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively is required.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) is necessary.
