The role of a Business Analyst entails key responsibilities including data analysis, producing business and functional requirement documentation, presenting findings to stakeholders, and implementing best practices.
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and produce high-quality documents for stakeholders
- Perform thorough testing of software systems to ensure quality and accuracy
- Prepare clear and concise communications for operational readiness activities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards
- Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to sponsors and stakeholders
- Foster strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders as a subject matter expert
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are clearly documented and meet business needs
- Implement process improvements and standardize procedures to drive efficiency and consistency
Required Competencies:
- Program Management skills with ability to track and maintain milestones independently
- Excellent analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to operate with autonomy and limited supervision
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 10 years of experience in related field
