We are seeking a seasoned Web Strategy Specialist to drive our corporate website forward. This pivotal role demands an expert with 6+ years of experience in web management, campaign management, project management, content strategy and/or design, as well as stakeholder communications.Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development:
    • Deliver cutting-edge web content strategies that showcase the bank's story worldwide.
    • Stay abreast of industry developments to maintain market leadership.
    • Develop comprehensive web content roadmaps.
  • Campaign Execution:
    • Transform key initiatives into compelling web content that inspires action.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging web pages and evolve existing ones.
  • Process Management:
    • Support high-profile events, including Annual Report rollouts on the web.
    • Manage CMS user access as needed.
  • Talent Management:
    • Partner with risk and governance teams.
    • Nurture senior stakeholder relationships.
    • Foster an inclusive team environment.
    • Upskill colleagues as a subject matter expert.
  • Risk Mitigation:
    • Manage reputational risks on the web.
    • Ensure web content adheres to industry regulations and the bank's policies.
  • Governance:
    • Enable effective governance by managing CMS access.
    • Document content approvals and facilitate regular reviews.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Embody exemplary conduct and adhere to the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
    • Promote high standards of ethics within the team.
    • Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters effectively.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Maintain strong ties with Group Corporate Communications colleagues.
    • Collaborate with digital marketing teams across the business.
    • Engage with Investor Relations.
    • Support Diversity and Inclusion efforts.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek a candidate with a background in web strategy, content creation, or a related field, along with excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Knowledge

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of UX/UI best practices, SEO principles, data analysis, and digital communications.
