Job Title: Financial Management Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an individual with a strong background in finance processes, documentation, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage finance-related projects, including timelines and deliverables
  • Analyse and manage risks of projects, identifying and mitigating potential issues
  • Track project progress and provide regular project updates
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards
  • Develop and document detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance functions, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance
  • Collaborate with finance team members to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure all SOPs align with regulatory standards, internal controls, and policies
  • Prepare and maintain a slide deck for training and guidance on relevant SOPs and presentation to management
  • Prepare Financial and Management reports, including but not limited to designing dashboards, preparing interactive slides
