We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Storage Solutions Expert to join our team at Encora Inc.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring at least 4 years of experience in storage engineering. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Hitachi storage architecture, midrange and enterprise storage systems, as well as knowledge of storage replication, snapshot, shadow image, and remote replication sync and async.

Our team works with leading-edge technology companies to improve their speed to impact, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Predictive Analysis, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, IoT, Cloud, and Test Automation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale storage solutions, ensuring high performance, availability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement storage architectures for large-scale data centers
  • Configure and manage Hitachi storage systems, including AMS, HUS, VSP, and Gx00
  • Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies using storage replication and snapshot technologies
  • Optimize storage performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT infrastructure projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in storage engineering or related field
  • Expertise in Hitachi storage architecture and midrange/enterprise storage systems
  • Knowledge of storage replication, snapshot, shadow image, and remote replication sync and async
  • Experience with Brocade switch and fabric configuration
  • Basic knowledge of VMware, OS (AIX/Windows/Linux), and scripting languages
