Job Role: Global Haulage Development Lead
We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to lead our global haulage development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions in the transport sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify new opportunities and expand our market share in haulage operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their demands in freight forwarding.
- Pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and targeted marketing efforts in logistics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies in project logistics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in transport fleet operations and/or project logistics management.
- Strong industry network and client contacts in haulage or freight forwarding services.
- Proven track record in business development or sales within logistics/haulage operations.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and transport compliance requirements.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results-oriented outcomes.
