Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Etch Tool Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining advanced 300mm semiconductor tools, particularly plasma etching equipment.

The Etch Tool Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, performing maintenance tasks, and implementing solutions to improve tool performance and availability. This is a critical role that requires strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This position involves working under rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 fab environment. We are looking for a motivated and adaptable individual who can thrive in this dynamic setting.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field
  • Experience in a 12'' (300mm) fab environment is highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving ability, hands-on technical aptitude, and willingness to work shifts
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams
