We're seeking an enthusiastic individual who can make technology accessible and enjoyable for kids. As a Kids' Tech Experience Specialist, you'll be the perfect fit if you love working with children and are passionate about sharing your knowledge of gadgets and devices.

Responsibilities
  • Showcase products in an engaging way, making them easy to understand for kids and their parents alike.
  • Be a product expert, answering questions, explaining features in simple terms, and helping families find what they need.
  • Develop interactive demos and experiences that captivate children's imagination.
  • Build connections with families by listening, engaging, and making parents feel confident while making kids feel special.
  • Support sales without being pushy, helping families choose the right product while creating trust and excitement.
  • Participate in events and activities, such as in-store promotions, kids' workshops, and product launch days.
Requirements
  • You must have a patient, kind, and gentle approach when interacting with children.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for explaining complex technical concepts in a simple and fun way.
  • Be friendly, approachable, and energetic, making parents and kids feel comfortable around you instantly.
  • Experience with retail, kids' products, or technology is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Proficiency in English is required, with Mandarin being a desirable asset.
