**Job Opportunity:** Marine Project Operations Specialist

The Project Operations Manager will oversee project operations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results reports and other deliverables under the Marine service line.

  • Work in collaboration with Ship Owners and Superintends to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Manage time efficiently and work independently to meet project deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, designers, classification, and flag statutory bodies to address engineering issues.
  • Review technical specifications and drawings from designers to meet owner, class, and customer requirements.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by superiors from time to time.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures to enhance project efficiency.
  • Lead and manage project operations, schedules, and specifications effectively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Marine Industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Skilled in AutoCAD application.
  • Able to work overtime as required.
  • Excellent coordination skills.
  • Able to work at height.
  • Positive working attitude is essential.
