  • Transportation Support: Accompany residents to hospital or polyclinic appointments, providing emotional support and assistance as needed.
Training and Development
  • Professional Development: Attend upgrading programs to enhance your clinical knowledge and develop skills required for your role.
Administration
  • Resident Admission: Assist in the admission and orientation of new residents, ensuring a smooth transition into our care community.
Documentation and Compliance

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of residents' medical records, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: GCE N Level or equivalent, with training in either WSQ Higher Certificate/Advanced Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) or Institute of Technical Education (ITE) Approved Training Centre (ATC) Healthcare (Home Care) Programme.
  • Training Opportunity: Successful applicants without the required qualifications will be enrolled in the Certificate in Community Care (Community Care Traineeship Programme), with all courses funded by the employer.
