We are seeking a highly skilled HSSE Specialist to join our team at JONES LANG LASALLE PROPERTY CONSULTANTS PTE LTD. As an HSSE Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and document HSSE programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote employee participation and accountability.
  • Provide technical advice on HSSE issues to the account team and ensure compliance with all operational, client, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage account HSSE training programs for sites within scope and ensure client environmental health & safety reporting data is accurate and available to present.
  • Support site management, program owners, and site personnel across multiple facilities to ensure compliance with HSSE requirements.
  • Participate and/or lead monthly safety meetings with facility team members and ensure a robust safety culture is maintained.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and relevant field experience.
  • Practical working knowledge of Health and Safety tools and techniques, ideally within a facilities management environment.
  • Working knowledge of relevant current legislation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well with others at all levels and across organizations.
  • Ability to work well with minimal supervision and travel up to 10% to support other sites.
