**New Product Introduction Engineer Wanted**


 

Job Description
  • Lead and oversee all New Product Introduction (NPI) activities within the plant.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and HQ/factory on product introductions.
  • Create and modify Bill of Materials (BOM) for assembly processes.
  • Manage and maintain Shop Floor Control (SFC) systems and SAP.
  • Understand the Server and Rack assembly processes.
  • Lead or participate in Kaizen activities.
  • Support production during mass production runs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years' experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
