Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Polishing Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production unit, you will be responsible for manual polishing of vacuum chambers and aluminum parts used in the assembly of semiconductor equipment.

You will conduct leak tests for the vacuum chambers, tapping and installation of parts, and ensure high-quality standards are met.

  • Operational Tasks
  • Perform sanding, polishing, sizing, and deburring work using hand and power equipment like bench and hand grinders, polishers, and belt sanders.
  • Monitor individual work efficiency to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and delivery performance in production.
  • Actively participate in our continual improvement program to enhance processes and outcomes.
  • E nsure workplace health and safety protocols are applied and in place to minimize accidents.
  • Identify required tools and equipment such as polishing kits to carry out polishing works based on clear specifications shown on work instructions.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Minimum NITEC or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply, and training will be provided for those who need it.
  • Able to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Must be able to carry heavy loads in a safe manner.
