Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at LINKEDCORP HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our accounting and finance team, focusing on accounts payable and receivable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and manage accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR)
  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform data entry tasks
  • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure transaction matching with records
  • Assist with payroll processing and expense reporting
  • Support financial reporting and help with month-end closures
  • Participate in tax preparation and audits as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in account payable or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel
  • Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with the accounting team
