Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day retail operations, including cashiering duties and various payment transactions.
  • Manage in-store visual merchandising displays and floor-set changes to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales, and customer service to provide excellent WOW service experiences to customers.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to effectively handle customer complaints and concerns.
  • Meet individual sales and store sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Energetic and proactive individuals who can thrive in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Strong sales and customer-oriented skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, for up to 35 hours per week.
