Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Service Provider to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Service Provider, you will be responsible for taking orders, preparing and serving food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
Your primary duties will include:
- Taking orders from customers and processing payments efficiently.
- Preparing and serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
- Replenishing food ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Performing housekeeping duties and maintaining the overall appearance of the establishment.
- Ensuring the freshness of food ingredients and raw materials.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning equipment.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Previous experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a hawker centre environment.
- The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
