Job Opportunity

We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about our products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and completing tasks as assigned.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, increasing average transaction value and driving sales growth.
  • Manage stock levels, receive deliveries, and perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including creating visually appealing displays and maintaining store fixtures.
  • Initiate and handle crowd control management during peak periods, ensuring the safety and well-being of customers and colleagues.
  • Operate retail store POS system, performing opening and closing duties, and submitting sales reports in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
