Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation Engineering, Robotics, AI, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automation engineering with a focus on AI and robotics
  • Proven track record in designing and deploying robotic systems and AI-driven inspection tools
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, C# or Java
  • Expertise in AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) including machine learning algorithm and robotic platforms (e.g., ABB, KUKA, FANUC)
  • Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial communication protocols (EtherCAT, Modbus, IoT etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Certification in Robotics or AI
  • Safety certifications related to industrial automation
