About the Role

Oxford Properties Group, a leading global real estate investor, asset manager, and business builder, is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Investments Analyst to join its Investments team in the Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Underwrite real estate equity and debt investment opportunities across asset classes and capital structures.
  • Prepare various financial analyses, including cash flow projections, valuation and development models, sensitivity analyses, lease calculations, and budget analyses.
  • Conduct market and property-level due diligence, including coordination of site tours/broker meetings, review of property-level financials, rent rolls, third-party reports, and preparation of sales/leasing comps.
  • Draft certain IC submission sections and presentations with limited oversight and engage with external parties, such as JV partners, advisors, and lenders.
  • Lead in preparing for disposition processes, including coordination with other departments in developing the dataroom and assembling the required analysis and materials.
  • Support the Associate Director/Director/VP on executions, both internally and externally.
  • Participate in the valuation of Oxford's existing equity/debt investments and other ad-hoc asset management projects.
  • Assist in strategic planning processes, including researching new asset class/market expansions.
Requirements
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate, Investment Banking, or related finance fields.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on writing/presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Team player and collaborative work environment.
  • Prior experience in commercial real estate preferred.
