Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Financial Technology Specialist to join our Client Services team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to provide exceptional support for our software solutions.

You will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for addressing their technical queries, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality support.

This is an immersive role that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels;
  2. Collaborate with clients to identify and implement workflow solutions that streamline their trading and operations;
  3. Develop and maintain expertise on all aspects of financial markets, including functions of AlphaDesk software;
  4. Deploy software, resolve technical issues, and support electronic trading workflows;
  5. Work closely with development teams to highlight bugs, suggest product improvements, and test upgrades.
Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree in science, business, or information technology, or equivalent experience;
  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service, technology, or financial markets;
  • Knowledge of financial markets and familiarity with buy-side workflows;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • A consultative approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn emerging technologies.
