Technical Support Specialist

The position of Technical Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of production facilities.

As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support to engineers and technicians in maintaining and troubleshooting equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to colleagues in maintaining and troubleshooting equipment.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and calibration of test equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues with equipment and identify root causes to prevent future problems.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, IT, Biochemical, Mechanical, Computer, or Architecture Engineering.
  • Higher Nitec/Nitec in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, IT, Biochemical, Mechanical, Computer, or Architecture.
  • Willingness to work permanent night shifts in a 3-4-4-3 rotation pattern.
  • Hands-on experience in HTOL support.
  • Experience with ATE Testers and familiarity with 93K is an added advantage.
  • Practical experience with Handlers, Probers, Thermo Stream Testing Equipment, or Bench Test Equipment.
  • Prior experience in production/engineering semiconductor test facilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
