Release Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Release Manager to lead and optimize our release management practices and CI/CD pipelines for enterprise and infrastructure projects.

  • This role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines across various technologies, integrating security scanning tools to enforce OWASP Top 10 standards, collaborating on branching strategies and deployment automation, and managing change control and production deployments via ServiceNow.
  • You will also be responsible for troubleshooting build, deployment, and environment issues efficiently, mentoring junior team members, and supporting audits with best practices.

To succeed in this position, you should have at least 6-10 years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps and release engineering, along with hands-on expertise in tools such as Jenkins, Maven, NPM, Docker, Git, Helm, and Artifactory/Nexus.

You should be familiar with AWS services like S3, and Kubernetes (EKS), possess scripting skills in Groovy and Bash, and have a deep understanding of CI/CD, security, and release governance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps and release engineering
  • Hands-on expertise in tools such as Jenkins, Maven, NPM, Docker, Git, Helm, and Artifactory/Nexus
  • Familiarity with AWS services like S3, and Kubernetes (EKS)
