We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Supervisor to join our team at ST ENGINEERING MARINE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day project supervision for conversion and repairs of commercial or naval vessels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure safety, quality of work, and meet delivery deadlines for all projects
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure work is carried out effectively and productively within budgeted man-hours
  • Manage a team of workers and sub-contractors to achieve project goals
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Diploma in Electrical or Mechatronics related fields
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematic diagrams
  • Experience in system testing and commissioning
  • Proven track record in ship repair works under tight schedules
  • Strong leadership and man-management skills
  • Ability to work overtime based on project deadlines
Additional Information
  • Location: Tuas (Island-wide transport provided)
  • 5 days work week
  • Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
