Design Validation Product Engineer

The role of Design Validation Product Engineer for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) technology requires a unique blend of technical expertise, creativity, and collaboration.
You will be responsible for validating our HBM designs and tackling complex problems through hardware and software debugging in the lab, circuit simulations, and data analysis.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of JEDEC specifications for HBM, as well as experience with schematic, simulation, data analysis, lab debug, or pattern manipulation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop next-generation HBM products by working closely with cross-functional teams to design, manufacture, test, and qualify them.
- Validate HBM designs through comprehensive testing, debugging, and verification processes.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to drive innovation and improve existing procedures and products.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering is required, along with relevant industry experience and skills such as schematic, simulation, data analysis, lab debug, or pattern manipulation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Verilog, VHDL, or System Verilog, as well as coursework in VLSI, semiconductor process, Python, and C/C++ are highly valued.
