Digital Transformation Leader

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Digital Transformation initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation and growth in our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling digital solutions that enhance procurement efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and implement product roadmaps for AI-driven procurement initiatives
- Identify and incubate innovative digital solutions through rapid experimentation and proof-of-concept initiatives
- Lead the transition of successful proof-of-concepts into scalable, enterprise-ready products
- Collaborate with sourcing managers, category leads, and IT teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-enabled tools that enhance procurement efficiency and decision-making
- Masters degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, business administration, information systems, or a similar area of study
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or digital transformation roles
- Proven track record of delivering AI-driven or digital solutions in a procurement or enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience with autonomous sourcing, eSourcing platforms, or sourcing optimization tools
