Community Healthcare Volunteer Manager Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Volunteer Manager Lead to oversee our community healthcare volunteer program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the volunteer management function, ensuring seamless operations and maximizing volunteer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive volunteer recruitment and engagement strategy.
- Foster strong relationships with community organizations and stakeholders to enhance our capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate volunteer performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Gerontology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in community healthcare settings in Singapore.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, and Google Drive.
