Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring seamless transitions between events and timely follow-up on outstanding matters.
- Manage filing systems for digital and physical documents, implementing efficient retrieval and storage protocols to minimize downtime.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries and internal requests.
- Assist with budgeting and financial record keeping, maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and restock office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace that promotes productivity.
- Plan and oversee office events and meetings, coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth execution.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of N/O Levels or equivalent education, demonstrating a solid foundation in numeracy and literacy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
