About the RoleThis position involves working as a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist to drive marketing communications across multiple channels, including websites, social media platforms, and newsletters. The key responsibilities include drafting and editing press releases, internal announcements, corporate materials, speeches, presentations, executive messages, and supporting the management of media contacts and handling media inquiries.
Main Responsibilities- Draft and edit press releases, internal announcements, corporate materials, speeches, presentations, and executive messages.
- Ensure all communications reflect the company's tone and brand guidelines.
- Support the management of media contacts and handle media inquiries.
- Assist in preparing and delivering speeches, presentations, and executive messages.
- Help coordinate press conferences, interviews, and media events.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on media performance.
- Support internal communication strategies to inform and engage employees.
- Maintain intranet content and staff communication channels.
- Actively contribute to the creation and implementation of integrated marketing communications strategies and related work plans.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt to different styles and tones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using various software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices, including social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
