Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and guidance to support the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Cash Management: Oversee cash flow management, including forecasting, budgeting, and optimization.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's assets and investments are protected.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, laws, and industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting: A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required, with a master's degree preferred.
  • Professional Certifications: Possess professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
