Key Responsibilities
  • Community Engagement: Assist residents upon arrival at the Town Council and establish rapport through effective communication, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Facility Booking Support: Assist residents in booking facilities, providing accurate and timely information to meet their needs.
  • Customer Service: Handle inquiries and feedback promptly, providing clear and concise information to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Case Management: Assist in creating cases in the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements
