Persatuan Pemudi Islam Singapura (PPIS) is seeking a highly skilled Research Analyst to join our team. As a Research Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying, collecting, processing, analyzing, and interpreting primary and secondary data to inform organizational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Identify and document appropriate tools and methods for data collection, and analyze data sources, tools, and techniques for data interpretation, analysis, and results.
  • Research Proposal Development: Develop and roll out research proposals that enhance PPIS thought leadership and mission.
  • Impact Evaluation: Evaluate and track the impact of research projects and programs.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present research and evaluation reports.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative and program support for various initiatives, including coordinating logistics, managing communications, tracking participation, and assisting in the planning and execution of events and activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree/Professional Qualifications in the discipline of Data Science/Business Analytics/Social Sciences or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant social research and evaluation experiences.
  • Skills: Possess strategic and analytical abilities, good interpersonal skills to forge collaborative relationships across a wide spectrum of stakeholders, and familiarity with analytics tools or programming languages.
  • Communication: Able to communicate, write, and present well.
