Job Summary

This is a career development specialist position that offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resource management.

The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day operations and participate in HR projects that contribute to the overall initiatives of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR-related documents.
  • Take part in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and providing administrative support.
  • Support the HR team in employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Research, plan and coordinate staff activities/welfare programs.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to HR projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative in tasks.
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months.
