
Campaign Strategist

- We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Lead to join our team and drive lead generation campaigns to meet organisational targets.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and campaign execution, with experience in the insurance and financial services sectors.
- They will be responsible for designing and implementing campaign strategies to drive lead growth and conversion, as well as analysing campaign performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- The successful candidate will also oversee processes and workflows to ensure timely lead follow-up and manage incentive fulfilment processes, including tracking and forecasting incentive usage, redemptions, and budget allocation.
- Maintain the hygiene of lead tagging, segmentation, and status tracking in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align campaign mechanics with fulfilment capabilities.
- Collate and analyse campaign performance data across marketing channels to identify trends and insights to optimise campaigns and improve lead quality and conversion.
- Prepare post-campaign reports and monthly summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Propose improvements to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal workflows for better efficiency and speed-to-market.
- Liaise with marketing and retail teams to align on both digital campaigns and face-to-face initiatives.
- Assist in preparing quarterly partnership reviews and joint KPI tracking.
- To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or campaign execution, preferably in the insurance and financial services.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM platforms/tools.
- Strong project management skills – ability to juggle multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for campaign reporting and presentations.
