About the Job:

Requirements:
To excel as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you must possess:
1. A degree in Business or any related field (minimum Diploma level).
2. Strong target-oriented and sales-driven attitude.
3. Comfortable working on commission-based income.
4. Positive attitude, strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for challenges.
5. Keen interest in sales and customer service with an unwavering commitment to excellence.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
