Job Opportunity:
We are seeking experienced beauty consultants to join our dynamic team and represent a premium skincare brand at Guardian outlets across Singapore. As a full-time Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for introducing the brand's products, understanding customer needs, and driving sales through personalized recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage and assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations based on their beauty & skincare needs
• Demonstrate and promote beauty products, including skincare and cosmetics to drive sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets by offering excellent customer service and personalized beauty solutions
• Maintain and replenish stock levels, ensuring products are displayed attractively in accordance with brand guidelines
• Educate customers on the latest beauty trends and skincare routines, building lasting relationships to encourage repeat business
• Assist with in-store events, product launches, and promotions
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and friendly manner

Requirements:
• Prior experience in beauty retail, skincare, or cosmetics is preferred
• Friendly, confident, and sales-driven personality
• Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends (9 hours per shift including 1 hour lunch break)
