About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position within Technology and Operations Risk & Control, responsible for establishing and driving a comprehensive risk management approach across critical areas.

  • Evaluate risks across cybersecurity, technology, and operational domains using Threat Scenario Led Risk Assessments (TSRAs).
  • Develop a strong risk culture, ensuring that risk considerations are incorporated into day-to-day operations and strategic projects.
  • Lead regulatory and audit engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality responses to internal audit, external assurance reviews, and regulatory inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Defining and executing a holistic risk management strategy for CISO.
  • Ensuring the effective embedding of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) and Principle Risk Type Frameworks.
  • Driving proactive identification and assessment of emerging and horizon risks.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 15 years of experience in risk management, compliance, assurance or equivalent field.
  • Proven track record of leading successful teams and driving effective delivery.
  • Strong analytical and program management skills.
