Technical Infrastructure Specialist

Responsible for the design, integration, and commissioning of satellite communication (SATCOM) systems and network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive SATCOM system architecture and designs to meet contractual and project requirements.
- Perform thorough technical analysis and verification to validate system design and implementation.
- Conduct design reviews and presentations with customers to ensure alignment with their needs.
- Lead proof of concepts and support overseas trials or demos to test system functionality.
- Configure and test SATCOM systems, including acceptance, interface, and performance testing to ensure high-quality results.
- Identify and resolve technical issues through root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
- Provide timely project documentation and reports to stakeholders.
- At least 6 years of experience in SATCOM or a related field.
- Proven track record in large-scale project implementation and delivery.
- Familiarity with iDirect or other modem brands is an asset.
- Ability to perform link budget analysis to optimize system performance.
- Experience with test tools such as spectrum analyzers and network testers.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Able to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
