Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team at LF LOGISTICS SERVICES PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise closely with customers and the operations team on order fulfillment, inventory, and shipment-related activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to provide information and feedback to customers on operational issues and coordinate with customers to resolve all issues.
  • Generate key performance indicators (KPIs) and transactional reports for internal and external customers in a timely manner.
  • Verify vendor invoices and liaise with vendors for any discrepancies.
  • Monitor warehouse supply usage and raise purchase orders for replenishment.
  • Coordinate urgent order fulfillment with customers, operations, and transporters.
  • E nsure the accuracy and timeliness of system transactions.
  • Perform other assigned duties or tasks when necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Support daily operations tasks if needed.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in business studies, administration, management, logistics, or transportation, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the logistics industry preferred.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) / Exceed System.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced and pressured environment.
  • Positive, independent attitude, and good team player.

Salary: Estimated salary is around SGD 45,000 per annum based on the job requirements and industry standards.
