Job Title: Manufacturing Technology Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technology Specialist to join our team. This role involves delivering manufacturing technology and capability acquisition projects to support our world-class aero engine production.

You will partner with engineering, operations, quality, and digital systems teams to ensure technical readiness. Your key responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for manufacturing innovation and process improvement, planning and executing capability acquisition projects, and developing, validating, and deploying manufacturing technologies and production equipment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact on our manufacturing operations. If you have a strong understanding of quality management systems, process control, and regulatory compliance in an aerospace manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.

This role requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in aerospace or advanced manufacturing industries
  • Proven track record in deploying manufacturing technologies and managing capital equipment or process development projects
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, process control, and regulatory compliance in an aerospace manufacturing environment
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills
