Project Coordinator & Architectural Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator and Architectural Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, supervising architectural works, and maintaining project documentation.

Job Description:

As a Project Coordinator and Architectural Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Inspecting and supervising architectural works;
  • Coordinating projects, including liaising with clients, authorities, and third parties;
  • Maintaining project documentation and procedures;
  • Attending work-related meetings;
  • Performing any other duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture, Building, or a related field;
  • Accredited certification as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) by a relevant professional body;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural site supervision;
  • In-depth knowledge of architectural practices, building codes, and construction safety regulations;
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
