Job Title: Money Changer & Remittance Professional
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a money changer and remittance administrator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing foreign exchange services to customers, managing currency inventory, and handling back-end remittance operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering accurate and timely foreign exchange services
- Manage currency inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in cash handling and reconciliation
- Process remittances, including receiving and sending funds, and maintaining accurate records
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also possess basic computer skills and be proficient in using accounting software.
