Job Title: Swim Coach

At the Singapore Swimming Club, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swim Coach to join our team. As a Swim Coach, you will be responsible for leading our Learn-to-Swim (LTS) program, teaching children the fundamentals of swimming and water safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our Club's teaching syllabus
  • Conduct regular assessments of swimmers' progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Supervise and monitor swimmers during lessons, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to plan and execute swimming events and activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents and members, addressing their queries and concerns
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of coaching experience in LTS teaching
  • National Registry of Coaches (NROC) Level 1, AustSwim (Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety) or equivalent
  • Valid Standard First Aid / CPR-AED certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children and adults
  • A positive work attitude and a willingness to be part of a team
