SUNLOVE ABODE FOR INTELLECTUALLY-INFIRMED LTD is seeking a skilled Therapy Aide to support our Occupational Therapist (OT) and Physiotherapist (PT) in delivering high-quality therapy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist OT/PT in administering therapy services, including individual and group treatments, and documentation such as reporting, filing, and preparation of reports.
  • Support therapists in implementing treatment plans, including ambulation, gait training, active and passive exercise, and muscular re-education.
  • Prepare clients for therapy sessions, set up apparatus, and supervise clients during exercises.
  • Monitor clients' mobility, alert nursing staff or OT/PT on abnormalities, and maintain updated documentation of treatment records and case notes.
  • Ensure the safety of clients during therapy sessions, maintain a clean and hygienic environment, and assist with ordering departmental stocks.
  • Evaluate and document clients' therapy needs, progress, and review every three months.
Requirements:
  • WSQ Certificate in Therapy Support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility issues
