Project Manager and Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager and Site Supervisor to oversee the successful completion of various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • The Project Manager and Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of site supervisors and workers to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review project specifications and technical clarifications
  • Coordinate with engineers and architects, and perform site supervision and coordination of M&E works
  • Review all M&E shop drawings from the design team and submit to the consultant
  • Oversee and manage construction projects at various sites, ensuring work progresses according to design plans and quality standards
  • Perform quality control inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Track project progress, prepare reports, and update project timelines
  • Read relevant approved drawings and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any on-site issues
  • Collaborate with the design team to transform concepts into precise technical drawings
  • Maintain and update project drawings as needed throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure that drawings align with local building codes and regulations
  • Responsible for M&E works such as ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary etc.
  • Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work
  • Supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers
  • Work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule
  • Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings
  • Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers
  • Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship
  • Attend the daily toolbox meeting and convey clear instructions accordingly
  • Understand and ensure compliance in project requirements and scope of work
