Credit Bureau Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our credit bureau in Singapore. This role is responsible for managing data, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and providing general administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of working experience in Singapore, with expertise in numbers and Microsoft Excel. They will be meticulous and prudent in data management, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve operational efficiency targets
  • Ensure timely and accurate loading of data submitted by members
  • Conduct sanity checks after loading of data
  • Retain and safekeep all documentations for compliance/audit purposes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or IT preferred
  • Familiarity with Singapore business landscape is beneficial
