Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance on sales techniques and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or HR industries.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, driving sales excellence and achieving results.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
