About This Job

Job Details
The successful candidate will lead and execute technical and maintenance activities for gas supply systems. Key responsibilities include ensuring a safe and effective preventative maintenance program, meeting stakeholder requirements, and proactively driving innovation for continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide training and guidance to technicians on maintenance procedures and daily operational requirements.
  • Regularly review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Operative Instructions to ensure compliance.
  • Act as the interim leader and primary point of contact in the absence of the site manager.
  • Manage the Maintenance Team's execution of the Preventative Maintenance Program, recommend improvements based on repair data, and oversee spare parts inventory.

Requirements
A diploma in any engineering discipline is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in chemical processing, semiconductor, or industrial gas industries is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for interacting with external clients and internal teams. Strong customer management skills, including the ability to identify and understand customer needs. Demonstrated leadership abilities.
