Job Title: Finance Operations Specialist
The Finance Operations Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reporting. This position is responsible for preparing full sets of accounts, supporting statutory audits and tax purposes, interacting with departments/vendors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
To excel in this position, candidates should possess strong accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and a positive working attitude. Experience in the Retail industry is preferable, but not essential. The ideal candidate will be stationed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing full set of accounts, including notes to accounts and business reports.
- Interact with auditors, tax agents, and other related parties.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reporting.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Strong administration and interpersonal communication skills.
- Reliable, meticulous, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
