**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Product Failure Investigator and Improvement Specialist to join our team.

The primary objective of this role is to identify and analyze product failures, working closely with process engineers to enhance quality and yield. This involves rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and debugging products to ensure they meet stringent quality standards.

To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate should possess a Nitec qualification in engineering and have at least 1-3 years of experience in testing and debug environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigating and resolving product failure issues through root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that drive quality improvements
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of test results and outcomes
  • Supporting the implementation of new product configurations and contributing to continuous improvement activities
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements
