As a Non-Motor Claims Specialist, you will handle Non-Motor claims, including Wica & Bonds, to ensure cost-effective outcomes. You will proactively manage claims to closure, evaluating and negotiating resolutions, while mitigating damages and identifying potential fraud, risk management issues, and subrogation recovery opportunities.
You will interpret insurance contracts, applying them to each assigned claim, and conduct on-time file review/audit to ensure adequacy of reserves. Additionally, you will manage customer interactions, providing excellent service and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will also include contributing to projects and planning surrounding departmental initiatives, meeting strategy objectives. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, analytical skills, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
